Shipping Policy
- All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.- We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please check your mailbox and contact your mail courier.- Please note actual delivery time are subject to courier service and weather conditions.- We do not officially support shipping to any other country than the US just yet but plan to offer international shipping in the near future.

Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over any Amount.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within Processing Time, 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zoxokas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Zoxokas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
